This is for a Condo Rental agency - Tortuga Kai. They needed to refresh the look of their old website, get better search engine rankings, and have valid html.
I built their homepage and a template for them to add their own pages. Although this is not an editable website, they had suffient tools and expertise to continue with this. As part of the package, I also gave them advise on how to enhance search engine rankings. |

This is a dynamic real estate agent's website. It was designed to be easy for anyone with secretary skills to the text, swap out different featured real estate properties, and to even change the RSS feeds (for news items). It is linked to the MLS system, is easy to maintain and is search engine friendly. The RSS news items are updated automatically, bringing fresh content regularly to the site - something search engines love. She is also on the first page of search engines for the following terms:

Pacific Coast Brokers
This is an editable (CMS) real estate site. The broker/agent can add, edit, and delete pages, and control navigation menus. Also, the agent can add featured properties - and they will automatically show up in the appropriate community pages. It has an easy navigation system to use and leads customers to contact the agent about a real estate property by phone or by email. |
